The sixth-ranked La Salle Explorers (PA) (2-0) defeated the fourth-ranked Garden City Trojans (NY) by a final score of 7-4 at Garden City High School on Saturday. The win moves La Salle to 2-0 on the season. Garden City falls to 2-1. The loss snaps a 24-game winning streak for the Trojans and marks their first loss since the 2011 New York State Championship Game.
