What are you most excited about with regards to your program?

An opportunity to compete against the best competition in Division 3

What jumps out at you when recruiting? What do you look for in a player?

Athletic, tough and gritty players who can go after a ground ball and create his own opportunities.

What are your “pet peeves” when recruiting?

When a player shows bad sportsmanship while playing.

What is the best way interested student-athletes should get in touch with you?

Email or Cell Phone

What should student-athletes avoid in their messaging to college coaches?

A Mass email, make sure the email is personalized for the college of interest.

Walk us through your timeline when recruiting a student athlete

Most of the time it is a year long process from the end of summer going into the junior year till the beginning of July into the senior year.

What kind of players succeed at your program?

Players that want to work hard and that are all in with every aspect of the program.

What’s your recruiting strategy going into an event? After an event?

Make sure to watch every player that has contacted me before the event. After the event reach out to those players to discuss their interest and how they played.
