Relive the Season: Chapter 11- Chaminade (NY) at St. Anthony's (NY)

This spring, the LR News team traveled to 15 games across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions, making stops from Conestoga (PA) up to Salisbury (CT) and many in between. Chapter 11 took us out to historic St. Anthony’s High School for a CHSAA rivalry matchup between Chaminade and St. Anthony’s. The Chaminade Flyers took a 6-4 second half lead and held on for a 7-5 victory over the homestanding St. Anthony’s Friars (NY) in what was another classic game in this long time rivalry. Relive the Season: Chapter 10- Greenwich (CT) at Darien (CT)

This spring, the LR News team traveled to 15 games across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions, making stops from Conestoga (PA) up to Salisbury (CT) and many in between. Chapter 10 took us to Darien High School (CT) on Tuesday, May 7th for a big time rivalry matchup against FCIAC opponent Greenwich (CT). The Darien Blue Wave (CT) used an 11-2 second half surge to turn a 7-6 deficit to a 17-9 win over the visiting Greenwich Cardinals (CT). This was another classic game between two long time FCIAC rivals. Check out the video for some great highlights of the action.

Relive the Season: Chapter 9- Katie Samson Festival

This spring, the LR News team traveled to 15 games across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions, making stops from Conestoga (PA) up to Salisbury (CT) and many in between. Chapter 9 took us to Radnor High School for the 13th Annual Katie Samson Festival, where perennial high school powerhouses such as Haverford, Brunswick, and Lawrenceville were all present. Boys and Girls teams from all over the east coast travelled to Pennsylvania to compete, and in doing so, support research for paralyzed individuals. This was an action packed day of lacrosse supporting a great cause! Check out the video for some great highlights of the action.
