BERLIN, NJ – June, 2016 – The South Jersey Sand Sharks Baseball Club and SportsRecruits have reached an agreement on a club integration, it was announced today. As part of the agreement, Sand Sharks coaches, recruiting staff, and players will receive access to the innovative suite of tools provided by the recruiting platform.
“We’re excited to get professional help in the ever-changing recruiting process,” said club founder, Ed Hayes. SportsRecruits will enable the Sand Sharks players to “enjoy the recruiting process, not dread it!”
SportsRecruits is a technology solution that automatically organizes the recruiting process for club staff and players. With SportsRecruits, players share their athletic stats, academic transcripts, event schedule and video. The Built-In Messaging System connects the club to every college coach in the country.
“It will simplify many things for coaches, players, and, most importantly, parents,” added Hayes.

Founded in 2000 by Coach Ed Hayes, they are a Southern New Jersey based Youth Baseball Club. The Club holds two exclusive annuals invitations to the Cooperstown Dream Park Tournament for 12U team, where Coach Hayes finished in the final 8 of 104 teams in 2012 and Coach Monteleon finished in the top 15 out of 110 teams in 2013. There are currently 13 Sand Shark teams in existence from 8U through 18U. The College Showcase Team is the area’s most recognized and elite showcase program. Made up of all the area’s best High School Baseball players and college bound student-athletes and recently has become nationally recognized. The 18U team plays in the Delaware Valley Wood Bat League.
