The Conversation

What are you most excited about with regards to your program?

I am excited about the direction that we are moving in as a program. We are beginning to establish ourselves as a competitive member of a very strong America East Conference.

What jumps out at you when recruiting? What do you look for in a player?

Hard work, hustle, heart and the ability to handle feedback – all things we can’t teach as coaches.
